This term, the children were excited to participate in a gymnastics fun term as part of their Physical Education (PE) curriculum. The program aimed to enhance the children's physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork through a variety of engaging gymnastics activities.

Key Activities

  • Balance Beam: Students practice walking, turning, and performing simple routines on the beam.

  • Floor Exercises: Incorporating tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.

  • Mini Trampolining: Using trampolines to practice jumps and flips.
